What is Reiki?
Reiki is a technique for transmitting subtle energy to oneself or to others through the hands into the human energy system, accessing “universal energy”. Reiki restores the energy life force (Ch’i) balance and vitality by relieving the physical and emotional effects of unreleased stress. That stress can imbed itself into the energy system of the body, creating illness. Reiki gently opens blocked meridians and chakras, and clears energy bodies, leaving one feeling relaxed and at peace.

What is an Intuitive Chakra Reading?
Chakra is a Sanskrit word for spinning wheel of light, like a pinwheel. There are seven major energy centers from the base of the spine to the top of the head. Chakras act like software and a hard drive for a computer, filled with information and records of previous experiences, part of the unconscious mind. The chakras extend through all seven layers of the aura. They act like transducers, or transformers bringing in subtle energy into the physical body. With intention I am able to see images and feel the energy of the chakras of my client and communicate those messages.
What is Alchemy Sound Healing?
The use of sound, vibration and intent, assist in clearing blockages, activating chakras and elevating our state of consciousness. The Alchemy bowls emit a pure, cosmic sound that expands into a multitude of vibrant overtones. The bowls are made 99.9% pure quartz crystals that have been infused with gemstones and precious metals. What is Breath Work?
Breath-work is a powerful way to access your body’s innate intelligence to heal itself. The conscious awareness of the breath is a practice that is thousands of years old. There are many variations, styles, and names but all types of breath-work offer the chance for personal transformation through improved mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

What is Meditation & Mindfulness?
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique- such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity- to train their attention and awareness to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. In mindfulness meditation, a person learns how to pay attention to the breath as it goes in and out, and notice when the mind wanders from this task. This practice of returning to the breath builds the skills of attention and mindfulness. When we pay attention to our breath, we are learning how to return to, and remain in, the present moment – how to anchor ourselves in the here and now on purpose, without judgment. The idea behind mindfulness seems simple, but the practice takes patience, discipline and commitment.

What is EFT?
The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an alternative to the traditional treatment for healing pain and emotional distress. EFT is commonly referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. EFT uses the fingertips to stimulate energy points in the body. Gary Craig, the master brain behind EFT; states “the treatment sprung from the idea that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.” Emotional Freedom Technique is a brief intervention combining elements of exposure, cognitive therapy, and somatic stimulation of acupressure points on the face and body.
